Coverage of Warranty
Our warranty for a period of 3 years includes coverage against manufacturing defects and installation problems in the provision of products and services offered by Floor Street. These could include problems arising from defects in materials, excessive wear caused by normal use, problems during installation, adhesive failure, and problems with the workmanship that could affect the functionality of the floors or skirting boards.
The warranty will cover a wide array of flooring products provided by Floor Street. These could include vinyl floors, SPC floors, laminate floors, wooden floors, carpets, artificial grass, and floor skirting boards based on the product line and agreement of projects.
If there is an occurrence of any warranty issue within the warranty period, then our inspection team will inspect the problem and take appropriate remedial action.
Warranty Claim Terms & Conditions
In order to keep the warranty valid, the customer is obliged to adhere to appropriate care and maintenance procedures as recommended by Floor Street. The flooring and carpets should be operated under standard conditions and cleaning procedures.
Damage to the floors or carpets due to misuse, negligence, inappropriate cleaning methods, accidents, flooding with water, fire damage, contact with chemicals, movement of structures, any changes made on the surface without Floor Street’s approval, or deterioration through natural aging is not covered under this warranty.
Also, issues arising out of third-party installation of the flooring or carpeting, moving furniture without protective pads or covers, accidental piercing with sharp objects, or inappropriate floor base are not included in the warranty coverage.
