Flooring Installation

Our expert installers prepare the subfloor, acclimate the LVT tiles for 48 hours, and then install and secure them efficiently. They use the glue-down method to make them resilient.

The apartment was full of furniture, and there were no baseboards in any room.

We can’t install luxury vinyl tiles directly on concrete floors due to the risk of moisture damage.

The concrete floor was cracked, with holes in many places in the apartment.

Solutions

Our team works very carefully to remove the furniture and fit LVT floors smoothly so it does not damage the walls. We cover the walls with sheets before fitting tiles.

We add a 6 mil poly vapour barrier during subfloor preparation to protect LVT tiles from warping in the future.

It took us hours to clean and level the floor properly. We use self-leveling underlayment for the stable installation of LVT.

I move barefoot in the whole apartment and analyze every corner thoroughly. The LVT flooring they installed is very comfortable to walk on and looks extremely durable. They use the special backings and protective layers in the bathroom and kitchen to prevent moisture damage. The texture and design both look beautiful.
